My name is Georgina Grimble. At the age of 8 I joined taekwondo, as I progressed I began to wonder how I could maximise my performance through exercise and nutrition. Fast forward to now, I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
As a nutritionist I cater for all dietary requirements and intolerance, every programme will be based upon your own metabolism, energy expenditure and anthropometric data which I will calculate for you.

How I work
Working with me you will gain access to an app called SenPro which can be accessed on your phone, laptop or tablet where I can analyse your current diet, set your macros, plan your meals and work closely with you to achieve your goals. We will also have regular check in's and body assessments ideally in person but can been completed over video call if needed.
