Macronutrients will be set using a series of calculations to work out metabolism and total daily energy expenditure, using your anthropometric data and based upon your goals.
This plan will allocate the quantity of protein, carbohydrate, and fats you should be eating per day, which will be reassessed once a month or more depending on progress.
Throughout this plan you will have access to the SENPRO app where I can track your progress, you will have contact with me via WhatsApp.

Your macronutrients would then be added to an app called SENPRO where I can then assign meals for you to follow each and every day to meet those targets.
During our Initial consultation we will go through food habits and intolerances to ensure I set meals that fit your lifestyle as well as your goals. With this plan we will be in constant contact through WhatsApp or the app. We will also have face-face or phone call check-ups to reassess and go through any changes.
